At Market Square, five elected members make up the board of each building. These boards meet once a month. In addition, the two board presidents take turns chairing monthly joint meetings of the two boards.

The joint board has set up a number of committees that are answerable to the boards: Garden, Refurbishment, Website, Neighbourhood, Development, Architectural Review and Security. The boards are fortunate to be able to draw on the exceptional abilities and wide experience of their members and others at Market Square who work on behalf of both owners and residents-on their own time!
